Physical Therapy at Home

Patient education is necessary for everyone recovering from pain, injuries, and functional impairments. All patients will participate in a home program of exercises that were specifically designed during your treatment session.  Participation in the home program is vital to your recovery and the success of rehabilitation. You will receive individual one-on0one guidance for each exercise as well as a handout with pictures of the exercises to be performed and links to video tutorials. 

Our physical therapy team partners with you to create a therapeutic plan that addresses your weaknesses and focuses on improving your overall function and health.
