Back and Neck Pain (with and without arm or leg pain)
There are many causes for neck and back pain, often multiple factors contribute to the condition. Often there is an initial injury of the spine from a fall or accident that can start the degenerative cascade. During an injury, many structures get c0-injured such as the ligaments, muscles, joint capsules and discs resulting in spinal weakness and instability. If not addresses properly, this leads to a path of chronic degeneration of the spine and surrounding structures.
